Faith
Worship and spiritual life at the centre of what we do, offered with dignity and warmth for all who attend.

The Osterley Muslim Association nourishes Muslim spiritual life and serves our neighbours with openness and care. When Darul Ikhlas closed after fourteen years, we came together so that prayer, belonging, and service could continue.
Muslim life in Osterley has deep roots. When we lost the home we had known for fourteen years, the community chose to stay together and begin again.
The beginning
For many years, Darul Ikhlas was the spiritual heart of Muslim life in Osterley: a place for prayer, learning, and looking after one another.
14 years
Our home on Gresham Road saw generations grow through Jummah, Ramadan, Eid, and the ordinary friendships that bind a congregation.
May 2025
When the building was lost, a community that had gathered week after week was suddenly without anywhere to worship together.
Today
Members of the congregation established the Osterley Muslim Association as a charity, so that worship could continue and our service to Osterley would not be lost.

The Osterley Muslim Association (OMA)Faith, Service, Community
These three commitments guide the Osterley Muslim Association in everything we seek to build.
Worship and spiritual life at the centre of what we do, offered with dignity and warmth for all who attend.
Food, wellbeing, education, and youth work carried out in the spirit of neighbourliness that our faith calls us to.
Partnerships and projects that strengthen Osterley for Muslims and for neighbours of every background.
We are working towards a permanent place for prayer, youth, learning, and neighbours of every background. That vision belongs to the whole community, and we are building it together.
Hear what people hope for: stronger connections, sisterhood, and a community where everyone belongs.
